This bull went after my daddy and paint horse. My mom bout had a heart attack, she said. I got to go with them on Sunday and ride home with my mom, it was glorious!

WOW! Your dad is a real cowboy, like Roy Rogers, so that makes your mom a real cowgirl, like Dale Evans. We got lots of questions. Your dad's horse is a handsome animal but who painted him/her? You said it was a paint; they certainly did a better job than Earl Scheib would. How come your dad is a bad guy? We noticed he wears a black hat and when we watch Encore Westerns channel on DirectTV the good guys always wear white hats and the bad guys always wear black hats; kinda like NFL team uniforms. Does he beat you and your mom after roundups and do possees chase him after he does it? Do youse guys eat at chuck wagon or roundup camp fire with tin cups? How come this is the first Rodeo? The Rodeo in Beverly Hills that people drive on is there all year long. Why is your Rodeo seasonal? Are there lots of botiques and fashion shops at your rodeo like the obne in beverly Hills that we saw in Pretty Woman? Can your dad spit tobacco juice through his teeth and is he a quick draw like Marshall Dillon? What kind of six shooter does he holster? Our dad says that when he was a little boy he wanted to be either: 1. a cowboy, 2. a fireman, or 3. a navy jet pilot. There weren't many horses or ranches in Boston so his cowboy dream quickly faded and he became a aircraft carrier jet pilot. He liked being stationed in Texas next to the King Ranch. There was even a stable right on base. Your mom's "no no no no no no no" sounded just like everyone else mom's "no no no no no." Mom's are all so brave; NOT. When they go to mom school they must all have to take "no no no no no no 101" as a basic curriculum course. Can we tell all our friends that we are buddies with a cowdog? Why don't they call you Hoot or Lefty or some real cowdog name?

These pictures are great, I agree with the Bumpass Hounds, that makes you a cowdog, you must be very proud then, and so am I since you are my first cowdog friend !
The video is kind of scary, but you and your Mom must be very proud of your Dad, he's done a geat job with the bull ! BTW, his paint looks really beautiful. Paint and quarter horses are quite popular here in France and they are known as high-spirited and nimble horses, just what my Dad loves ...

We LOVE rodeo time. There are lots of them in N.Idaho and Montana in the Summer. We see why your mommy nearly had a heart attack! That was exciting!!
