Why God took you from us this morning, I will never know!
We will miss you
UPDATE:
It is with a very heavy heart that I tell you that Sharkie is no longer with us.
I let Sharkie and Deetz out this morning and put them in the fenced in area at 6:30 am. There daddie always checks on them before he leaves for work at 7:30am.
In that hour, somehow...someway, while they were playing, there collars became tangled and with no way to free himself, Sharkie choked to death before his daddie
could get to him.
His daddie had to cut the collars loose to free him, but it was too late!
Sharkie was buried next to Gizmo this morning along with his tennis ball and his favorite stuffie that he suckled on each night before bedtime.
I want to scream, but nothing comes out.

We now wear breakaway collars that are designed specifically to come apart in such a moment, but it took a near tragedy for us to discover them.

we are so very very sad about Sharkie. we want to tell you that 4 1/2 years ago, we lost Bijou, a 3 month old puppy, due to a collar accident. it was horrible, so horrible. mom cried for weeks, she felt so guilty. but she learned about breakaway collars and we wear them now when we are at home alone. it is such a tragedy and we are so sad for you. it's just so unfair. we are truly sorry.
