Mum came home Friday and she could not find us.
She hollared for us over and over and Terry (Scary Sara's husband)who lives up the hill, hollared back and said to call him.
He is scary too.
He jumps out behind stuff and roars at us when we come up there, like a big scary monster.
It makes me shiver just thinking about it.
Remember us showing you our new digs?
We have alot more room to run and play in our fenced in area.
But how can we guard the inside of the house, from out here?
Afterall, my favorite toys are in inside, like this burghandy bear.
AND then....there is that evil shoe goblin. You know the one... The one that eats mom's favorite shoes and we get blamed for it.
Well, mum came inside the house to call Terry and there we were. Inside the house. We almost had mum convinced that the shoe goblin had somehow slid past us unnoticed and was in the house destroying all her shoes, and we HAD to find a way inside the house to capture him before he ate all her shoes.
Well, the only way was through her window, afterall it was open and the only thing stopping us was the screen.
Then she called Terry.
After talking to Terry, she checked her voicemail and scary Sara and the tattle-tail terriers had left her a message telling our mum that there was no shoe goblin and that we should be arrested for breaking and entering.
She told my mum it was hot outside and we were probably inside having puparoni's and martini's, lounging on the sofa.
**(Sara and Terry were very concerned that they had broken through the glass in the window and wanted to make sure the kids were safe....) Oh, and the hoodlums were only grounded for a day. The Mom!
I gave mum the magpie bird look and all was forgiven.

Our New Pool!!!! Glorious!
There was a Sharkie imposter in our yard Sunday night, and it wasn't spraying perfume like this one was, if ya know what I mean.
Needless to say, Sharkie and I could not come in the house for two whole days!!!

What can we say to all THAT??? Way to go, Deetz and Sharkie, but boy glad it was you and not us - we would have been in big trouble. Mom is always worried about skunks and TD because he likes to go out and stay out very early in the morning.

Momma only opens our windows from the top because I always push the screens out and Pee-Wee almost escaped out the window. But I never tried escaping into the house!
I can see why you did. So many fun things to do in the house, huh? Did your mom get mad? No snackies? Oh man!
At least you have a pool now. I see sharkie is trying out his swimming skills. I would stay out when he was in it.

Oh, you and Sharkie did cause some trouble. I'm glad you didn't get in too much trouble. We all do things like that, we pups just can't help ourselves. I totally love your new pool. It looks so refreshing. I hope you have a summer full of fun in it!

Hi there! You did very well at scaring the shoe goblin out of the house! We have one of those come into our house every now and then, too. Not only does it attack shoes though, but also books, plants, socks and furniture. No one here believes us either so we usually take the blame. Little do these pinkies know...

Hi Deetz and Sharkie! Your mom sure was nice to get you that pool! We'd like to have one, but the hose goblin has mysteriously chewed through a hose or two in our back yard. Those goblins are everywhere! (It's a good thing we know how to make such cute faces.)

I think a pool is great for hot days, well, if you like getting your furs wet and all.
